Meet Dr. Dawn White
Dr. Dawn M. White is a retired educator of 30 years in elementary, middle and higher education. She has an Educational Doctorate degree in Leadership and a Masters of Education degree in Instructional Technology.
Dr. White and her team of professionals analyze and bring solutions to businesses for quality performance. She systematically collects, processes and analyzes data to bring solutions to businesses for quality performance.

Why Was White On White Enterprises Started?
In the beginning stages of forming White On White Enterprises, we were seeing a common trend among most people who wanted to start their own business. They knew that building a business was critical to living out their dreams, but they didn't know what was really needed to start a successful business.
They didn’t have a clear-cut strategy or know what systems to put in place to make their business work. Even existing businesses were using every marketing tactic out there, but it didn't seem to be helping.
My wife, Dawn and I kept wondering: what were they missing that was leading them in a downward slope? We got tired of seeing our friends and other people giving up on their hopes and dreams because they couldn’t make it work, while we watched other entrepreneurs become a big success. What were they missing?
We decided to help them by finding out what successful companies were doing.
We felt that the best way to know how a successful company operated, was to work for one.
While working for them, I spent an enormous amount of time researching, asking questions and finding out what systems they were using that made them so successful.
In addition, we found highly successful business people to mentor us in business.
With my military background as a Medical Specialist in the U.S. Army, I was accustomed to being in positions of responsibility, and developed a wide range of leadership skills to educate others on how to set goals and work to achieve them.
