Meet Dr. Dawn White
Dr. Dawn M. White is a retired educator of 30 years in elementary, middle and higher education. She has an Educational Doctorate degree in Leadership and a Masters of Education degree in Instructional Technology.
Dr. White and her team of professionals analyze and bring solutions to businesses for quality performance. She systematically collects, processes and analyzes data to bring solutions to businesses for quality performance.

We’re Not An Agency
We like to refer to ourselves as a Marketing Systems Provider.
What’s the difference?
An Agency is a professional services firm where you are paying - usually at very high rates - for the time and expertise of the people on the Agency team.
Agencies can be a great resource if you want and need a custom solution, but they are also very expensive.
We’ve found that the reality is that the majority of emerging entrepreneurs and small businesses don’t need - and can’t really afford to pay for - an Agency to do custom work, they simply need a system for marketing their business that works.
So, we created that system, and use standard processes, tools, and automation, to deliver it efficiently and at a much lower, more predictable price.
White On White Enterprises was founded by the knowledge of entrepreneurs with a proven track record for building fast-growth local businesses. Our passion for sales and marketing fueled that growth, and is now being used to fuel the growth of our customers.
In the beginning stages of forming White On White Enterprises, we were seeing a common trend among most people who wanted to start their own business. They didn't know how to start a successful business. They didn’t have a clear-cut strategy or know what systems to put in place to make their business work.
It was hurting us to see our friends and other people giving up on their hopes and dreams because they couldn’t make their business work, while we watched other entrepreneurs build huge companies. So, we decided to find out what they were missing in order to help them live out their dreams.
We felt that the best way to know how a successful company operated, was to work for some. So, I began working with top companies like Home Depot and Hallmark Cards where I organized and worked closely store owners, store managers and district managers. While working for them, I spent an enormous amount of time researching, asking questions and finding out what systems they were using that made them so successful. In addition, we found highly successful business people to mentor us in business.
With my military background as a Medical Specialist in the U.S. Army, I was accustomed to being in positions of responsibility, and developed a wide range of leadership skills to educate others on how to set goals and work to achieve them. Dr. Dawn has over 30 years in the educational field with an Educational Doctorate degree in Leadership and is an Instructional Designer.
We combined our knowledge and talents, and formed White On White Enterprises in 2010, to give emerging entrepreneurs and small businesses “insider secrets” from extremely successful companies and proven marketing systems to correctly start and effectively operate a thriving business, without being overwhelmed with complicated theories, so they can achieve the ideal level of business excellence.
But more than that, we want to inspire hope in the emerging entrepreneur, to know that they can do it. They can build a successful business that will last for decades. They can fulfill their purpose and live their dreams. All they need is some help, guidance and assurance. That’s what we’re here for; to give them assistance and the missing elements they’re looking for and need to succeed.
We don’t want to see our friends, family, or anyone else lose their hopes and dreams, and wither away. We put WOWEnterprises together to help them dramatically reduce the risk of failure, experience the joy of living, and make a positive impact in their communities.
